The first advice I can give to you, is to take pictures when your cat is in her/his active phase of the day. You are ready but he sleeping, forget about it! ✋
What I have to do with Pikachu is to shoot in the morning because he is very receptive and really curious about his environment. Those shooting moments are always a great time we share together.
